Delete your Haven account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by email. It can’t be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Haven and tap the profile button at the top of Home to open Settings.
  2. Under Account, choose Delete account.
  3. Enter your password to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and the app returns to its welcome screen.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email hello@christianhaven.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Haven account”. We’ll confirm it’s you, delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner), and let you know when it’s done.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details
  • Your Journey, streak and progress
  • Your place in Bible stories
  • Your onboarding answers
  • Your chat usage counts

Deleting from the app also erases what Haven keeps on that iPhone: chat history, saved verses, downloaded stories and narration, and your reminder. Backups and logs that may briefly hold this information are overwritten on their normal cycle. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it first in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Apple will keep billing you.
